Potential Side Effects
Toradol Is Not Risk-Free
Ketorolac can cause side effects ranging from temporary injection-site discomfort to serious complications. Risks may increase with higher doses, longer treatment duration, age, dehydration, kidney disease, bleeding risk and certain medications.
Report Serious Symptoms
Seek immediate medical care for chest pain, trouble breathing, weakness on one side, vomiting blood, black stools, severe abdominal pain, facial swelling, severe rash or substantially reduced urination.
Avoid Accidental NSAID Duplication
Tell Your Provider About Ibuprofen, Naproxen and Aspirin
Do not combine ketorolac with aspirin or another NSAID unless specifically directed by the prescribing provider. Common NSAIDs include ibuprofen products such as Advil® or Motrin® and naproxen products such as Aleve®.
